We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hikvision security equipment from Apex Trade Dynamics. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.
7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on items that are:
- Sealed and unopened in original packaging
- Unused and uninstalled
- In the same condition as received
Opened or installed items can only be returned if they are confirmed as faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via our support page within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return address
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Hikvision Manufacturer Warranty
All genuine Hikvision products carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, power surges, physical damage, or misuse.
Warranty Claims
- Contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault
- We will arrange for the item to be assessed
- Confirmed warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you
Faulty Items on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exclusions
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Items damaged due to power surges or lightning strikes
- Items with tampered or removed warranty stickers
- Consumables (batteries, cut cable lengths)
