Refund policy
At Apex Trade Dynamics, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective
- The incorrect product was supplied
- The item arrived damaged
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused
- Products must be in original packaging
- All accessories/manuals must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
- Software licenses
- Custom-configured systems
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged by misuse or improper installation
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Customers may be required to:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Return the product for testing
- Follow manufacturer RMA procedures
